Maurice has an affinity for mentoring and advocating for youth in foster care. As someone who grew up in the system, he is a dedicated change-agent who delivers bottom-line results, which positively impact the lives of youth in care. Prior to iFoster, Maurice worked several years in the technology sector and has served as a motivational speaker, advocate, and consultant for various non-profit organizations in New York City. In his role as regional lead, Maurice uses his lived experiences to inspire Tay AmeriCorps members and provide them with opportunities that will propel them to become more successful in their lives.
