Robert Beaudry (Board Chair)
Since 2007 Robert has served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the California Primary Care Association (CPCA), a statewide association serving 175 community clinic corporations and over 1,000 individual sites providing comprehensive primary healthcare to over 5 million patients in California. Prior to joining CPCA, Robert spent twenty years in community based organizations and held management and leadership positions with several large children’s services organizations including Victor Treatment Centers, River Oak Center for Children, and the Sacramento Children’s Home. With a leadership background that includes systems management, team development, organizational development and culture, Robert’s career has focused on improving organizational performance and efficiency in non-profit corporations. Robert is currently on the Board of several Sacramento based youth focused nonprofits.
Ryan Kelly (Treasurer)
Ryan is the Vice President of Audit Services at Golden 1 Credit Union, one of the largest credit unions in the nation with over $16B in assets. As the head of the internal audit function, Ryan leads a team of both internal and external auditors and consultants in reviewing Golden 1’s financials, policies, and practices, and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. Prior to joining Golden 1, Ryan spent over 10 years with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, managing and directing internal and external audit and consulting teams throughout the west region. Ryan is invested in the development and success of the youth within his community and currently serves on the Board of a not-for-profit community based soccer organization dedicated to developing young people not only athletically, but also through personal growth.
Keirsten Taillon, Psy.D.
Keirsten is an Organization Development and Human Resources Consultant. She teaches communications, leadership, change management, strategic management and related courses to public, private and non-profit organizations. She facilitates meetings and retreats with passion and strategies that supports the team’s results. Keirsten creates a dynamic and energetic learning and facilitative environment based in best practices and, applied to the workplace.
Anne Ferrell Tata
Anne Ferrell Tata works in Christian Media for EMF Broadcasting which includes K-LOVE and Air1 Radio. Anne Ferrell also is a Delegate in the Virginia House of Delegates, a part-time legislature and the oldest continuous legislative body in the Western Hemisphere. She earned
her BA from Florida State University and has been an inventor, patent
holder, triathlete, and award-winning medical sales representative. She
frequently writes, speaks or hosts events on topics which she is
passionate about including family, marriage, and Christian faith. Anne
Ferrell lives in Virginia Beach, Virginia, with her husband Bob, an
attorney, and has four adult children and one granddaughter.

Neil brings over 15 years of digital marketing experience to iFoster. Neil is the Founder and CEO of Silverback Strategies, a digital marketing agency. Silverback has been recognized by Inc magazine as one of the fastest growing private companies in the country for five consecutive years and AdAge magazine as one of the top 50 best places to work.
Serita Cox, CEO & Co-Founder
Serita is responsible for strategy and programs. As the driving force behind iFoster, Serita brings to bear her personal experience with foster care, devoted commitment to a number of youth development initiatives, and over a decade of experience in executive-level management in Silicon Valley, corporate strategy consulting and nonprofit strategy consulting. Despite all this corporateness, she is also the person “most likely to be hugged” by a client. For her work with iFoster, Serita has been recognized as a White House Office of Social Innovation Citizen Innovator, an Echoing Green Fellow, and an American Leader of Change.
